Our Return Policy for goods in short.

• You must contact Colour In Felt before returning any items.

• You can return the product within 14 days of delivery under the UK distance selling regulations. (Please note: Commission Items are exempt and non-returnable).

• The product must be returned unused in an as-new condition) including all product packaging.

• This does not affect your statutory rights.

• To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’.

• All returns are at the customers expense and risk, Please obtain proof of posting and if required postage Insurance, (this does not affect your statutory rights under the distance selling rules

• Want to switch to another product? You can do that, just contact us.

• If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee and a re-posting charge

• It is appropriate that the consumer inspects the delivery immediately to verify that this is undamaged, accurate and error free. If you are not satisfied with the item, contact Colour In Felt and give all information relevant and the reason for complaint.
